Display all permissions a user has (combined from all groups and direct assignments) to quickly understand their access rights.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Single view showing all user's effective permissions
- Permissions are labeled by source (which group or direct)
- Can filter/search within permissions list
- Shows both allowed and denied permissions (if applicable)
- Export/print capability for auditing
