Support multiple documentation versions so users can reference docs matching their installed version of the project. **Acceptance Criteria**: * [x] [ ] Version selector is visible on all pages * [ ] Each version has isolated documentation * [x] [ ] Latest version is clearly marked * [ ] Old versions remain accessible
