Description
Being shown a button that always fails is worse than not being shown it. What is hidden is a convenience only: the server still decides.
Acceptance criteria
- Navigation and pages are shown according to what the signed-in person may do
- Each page is gated on what that page actually needs, not on a whole section
- Actions on an object are offered according to what the person may do on that object
- Attempting a hidden action still fails on the server
- A refusal arriving anyway is handled gracefully and the interface refreshes what it knows
