Description

The documentation website should be accessible via a stable, public URL so users can easily find and reference installation and usage instructions.

Acceptance Criteria:

For the documentation deployment, we will use Cloudflare Pages on free tier.
As long as the builds is handled on our CI, it will cost us nothing on Cloudflare side.
