Add users to groups so they inherit the group's permissions, simplifying access management.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Can assign a user to multiple groups
- Can remove a user from a group
- Can view all groups a user belongs to
- Can view all users in a specific group
- Changes are reflected immediately in user's access
