Description
View, revoke, and manage existing API keys to maintain control over programmatic access.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Can view list of all active API keys (masked, showing only last 4 chars)
- Can see: name, creation date, last used date, expiration
- Can revoke/delete keys immediately
- Can regenerate keys (creating new, revoking old)
- Revoked keys stop working immediately
- Notification when key is about to expire
