- Can make 2FA optional, recommended, or mandatory
- Can require 2FA for specific user groups/roles
- Can set grace period before enforcement
- Can configure allowed 2FA methods (TOTP, SMS, etc.)
- Users receive notifications about 2FA requirements
- Can generate backup codes for account recovery
