Description

Once logged in, users currently have nowhere to go: no navigation, no way to reach account settings.

This feature covers the base authenticated layout and the entry point to account settings, which upcoming features depend on: two-factor management, security key management, profile editing, account security, UI preferences, and notification preferences.
